Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 160 g almond (s), white, finely round
  • 120 g powdered suar
  • 160 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks

  • 1 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and chill.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly with a little flour and cut out stars. Bake on a medium heat of about 150 ° C for about 10 minutes until golden yellow.
  3. Cut open the vanilla pod (or 2 packets of vanilla sugar), mix the scraped pulp with sugar in a bowl. Insert the still hot stars and shake gently. The pastry should be surrounded on all sides with the sugar mixture.
