Warsaw Cheesecake

The recipe for a delicious dessert and healthy breakfast. Warsaw cheesecake – one of the options for curd casserole.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 600 g
  • Sour cream – 250 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
  • Cocoa powder – 40 g
  • Wheat flour – 40 g
  • Butter – 30 g

Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Melt the butter, add to the bowl to the cottage cheese and sour cream. Beat the ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Gradually adding flour, mix the curd mass well with a spoon or beat again.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine 2 eggs and 1 cup of sugar. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy white. Gently whisk the beaten eggs into the curd mixture.
  4. Divide the curd mass into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part, mix thoroughly. Leave the second part white.
  5. Cover the rectangular baking dish with parchment, grease with vegetable oil (I also sprinkled with semolina for fidelity). If you have a silicone mold, you can miss this moment.
  6. Put the chocolate curd layer in the mold.
  7. Pour the white part of the curd mass onto the chocolate layer. Bake the Warsaw cheesecake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  8. Warsaw cheesecake can be served warm, but it is especially tasty when cold.
