  • 250 g butter
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa
  • 500g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 250 g almond (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the softened butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour, cocoa and cinnamon. Knead properly, then knead in the almonds. If the batter is too firm, add a little milk.
  2. Shape into rolls approx. 30 cm long and 3 - 4 cm thick, wrap in aluminum foil and freeze.
  3. Unwrap frozen and cut into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices with a large, sharp knife. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. If the almonds are lightly browning, they are good.
