  • 4 tablespoon oil (rapeseed)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken legs with cold water and pat dry.
  2. Prepare a marinade from honey, rapeseed oil and the other ingredients and soak the chicken legs in it for 1-2 hours (preferably overnight).
  3. Take out, drain and fry on both sides on the grill until crispy.
