- 300 g pumpkin (se) (nutme)
- 1 pineapple
- 200 g rapes, seedless
- 10 physalis
- 1 apple
- 2 kiwi (s)
- 2 lime (s)
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Grated chocolate

- Peel the nutmeg squash and grate it into fine strips. Then cut the pineapple, kiwi fruit and apple into fine cubes, halve the physalis and grapes and put everything in a bowl. Pour the juice of the squeezed limes over it, stir everything carefully and let it steep for a few hours (preferably overnight).
- Just before serving, whip the chilled whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Stir the fruit salad again, divide it into dessert vessels, then add a spoonful of whipped cream to each one and decorate with grated chocolate.
- The taste is very pleasant, because the nutmeg squash makes the entire salad very nutty.
