Ingredients

  • 600 g meat (emu breast fillets)
  • 1 leek
  • 200 ml soy sauce
  • 100 ml brandy
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoon chicken broth
  • 1 slice (s) orange (s), untreated
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar or brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into thin cutlets and cut them into 10 cm long and 2 cm wide strips. Clean the leek, cook it in salted water for 30 seconds and soak in ice water. Place the meat strips on the leek strips and place everything on the skewers like an accordion. Heat up the grill.
  2. Put all the other ingredients in a saucepan and reduce by half. Then take out the orange. Grill the skewers on each side for about 30 seconds, then grill for 5 minutes. Brush the marinade from the pot over and over and turn.
  3. Serve with a dip.
