Ingredients

  • 800 g wheat flour type 550

Instructions

  1. Mix both types of flour with sugar and make a well. Dissolve the yeast in the salt water. Pour into the well. Mix the mixture carefully and work it into a smooth dough with your hands. Put the dough in a bread pan or in a bowl and place in warm (not boiling) water for about 1 1/2 hours.
  2. It can also be covered and without draft in a warm place. The dough must be at least twice as high.
  3. Put the bread dough in the oven either with the mold or hand-formed. Bake for about 1 hour at 200 °.
  4. The bread is ready when it comes off the edge of the mold or is nice and brown. (My friend, who gave me the recipe, bakes the bread in the Ultra Plus 5.0 l casserole from Tupperware.
