  • Pork – 800 g
  • Milk – 60 ml
  • Garlic – 2 cloves

  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Coarse salt – 0.5 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare ingredients for homemade boiled pork. You will also need regular foil and a medical syringe with a thick needle.
  2. Peel, wash and cut the garlic into thin slices.
  3. Make cuts in a piece of meat, fill them with garlic.
  4. Rub the pork with salt on all sides.
