Juicy Sausages in the Microwave

Do you want delicious and juicy homemade sausages in a few minutes? Then this way of cooking sausages in the microwave is for you! The recipe just won me over with its simplicity! Live and learn – and there will always be something tasty for the dinner table! Cooking!

Ingredients

  • Minced turkey – 500 g
  • Minced chicken – 300 g
  • Hard cheese – 100-150 g
  • Ham – 100-150 g
  • Any nuts (I have pine nuts) – 1 handful
  • Cream (10%) – 30 ml
  • Ground paprika – 2 teaspoon
  • Dill greens (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Nutmeg – to taste
  • Dry garlic – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. If you prepare all the products on the table, then cooking will take no more than 10 minutes. Finely chop the dill greenery.
  2. In a blender bowl with a “knife” attachment we send minced turkey, a handful of nuts (take what you have), salt, dry garlic, black pepper, a little nutmeg and cream.
  3. Grind for a few minutes.
  4. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Cut the ham into larger cubes.
  5. In a large cup, for convenience, we combine two types of minced meat. Add cheese and ham to the minced meat. Mix well.
  6. We divide the resulting minced meat into three equal parts. Add chopped dill to one part, paprika to the second. We mix. We leave the third part of the minced meat without additives.
  7. From parchment (I have siliconized one) we cut out squares measuring 20×20 cm, on which we will spread the minced meat.
  8. Put 100 g of minced meat on each sheet of parchment.
  9. We form the sausages by compacting the minced meat through the parchment with a kitchen spatula. We choose the thickness of the sausages at our discretion.
  10. We wrap the sausage in parchment-like candy. For greater reliability, we wrap the sausages in foil (this is not necessary).
  11. The most important! Cook sausages in the microwave at maximum power for exactly 1 minute.
  12. Turn off and, without opening the door, let the sausages stand in the microwave for exactly 1 minute. Finally, turn the sausages over and cook for another 1 minute at maximum power.
  13. Fantasy! The sausages are completely ready (checked with a kitchen thermo, the temperature inside is 75 degrees) and remain very juicy!
  14. And how delicious they are! Surprised and amazed that you can cook so deliciously in 10 minutes! Cook, you won’t regret it!
