Ingredients

  • 150 g pak choi (mini pak choi)
  • 4 small tomato (s)
  • 1 piece (s) cucumber (s), 0 cm

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon chives, fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the pak choi and cut into fine strips. Wash the tomato, remove the stalk and dice the tomato. Wash and dice the cucumber.
  2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
  3. Place the pak choi, tomatoes and cucumber on plates or in bowls and drizzle the dressing over them.
