Ingredients

  • 650 g plum (s)
  • 200 g berries (blueberries)
  • 150 g tomato (s)
  • 500 g preservin suar (1: 3)
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash, stone and halve the plums, wash the blueberries and tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Peel the ginger and cut into pieces. Scrape out the vanilla pod. Drop the ginger, tomatoes and fruits onto the running knife at level 3. Then puree everything for about 20 seconds at level 10, then switch back to level 2. Add the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla pulp. If you don`t like it so sweet, you can add a few squirts of lemon or lime. Now I have set 15 min / 100 ° C and cooked the whole thing on level 2. If you don`t have a Thermomix, you can puree the fruit and follow the cooking instructions on the sugar pack.
