  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • some flour and breadcrumbs for the work surface

Instructions

  1. 750g finished dumpling mixed with 2 tablespoon. Breadcrumbs, 2 egg yolks, salt and nutmeg. Please do not do without it, the dough is so watery that it would tear apart.
  2. Then take the dough and form long, even sausages on a lightly floured work surface. Then the sausage is divided into thumb-sized pieces and first turned in the egg white and then lightly in breadcrumbs (of course, shaved hazelnuts or almonds are also possible).
  3. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 250 °. So that the croquettes don`t dry out and become too hard, I lightly misted them with an oil sprayer. Then put it in the hot oven and switch on the fan. I turned the temperature down to 200 degrees when they started getting color and then finished baking them. Approx. 20 minutes in total depending on the oven.
  4. I got over 20 pieces, depending on the size. The total WW-PPs are approx. 30 (if you change the shell in almonds or hazelnuts, change the PPs accordingly)
