Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel, (a 200g.)
  • 100 g cream cheese, soft
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 120 g ham (Black Forest), diced
  • Garlic salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • oregano
SABO – Ham and Cheese – Schnitzel
SABO – Ham and Cheese – Schnitzel

Instructions

  1. Rinse the pork schnitzel, pat dry and season with garlic salt and cayenne. Heat the olive oil, fry the pork schnitzel for 4 minutes on each side, remove from the pan and place on a baking sheet. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread them on the pork schnitzel. Gratinate at 220 degrees for approx. 3-4 minutes.
