Salad “Concubine” with Chicken and Squid

Recipe for a very good chicken fillet, squid and cheese salad. I often cook it for my girlfriends, who, like me, appreciated its taste. A minimum of products, but how well they go together! And satisfying, and tasty, and simple!

Cook: 20 mins

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Squid – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

For filing:

  • Parsley – 1 sprig
  • Sweet pepper flakes – 1 pinc

Directions

  1. We will prepare products for the “Concubine” salad from chicken, squid and cheese. We should first boil the chicken breast in salted boiling water for 20 minutes and then cool it down. You also need to boil the squid carcass. To do this, throw the squid carcass into salted boiling water and cook for exactly 2 minutes. We take the squid out of the water and cool it to room temperature.
  2. Cut the hard cheese into strips.
  3. We tear the chicken fillet with our hands into fibers
  4. Cut the squid carcass into half rings
  5. Put all the ingredients of the salad in a bowl.
  6. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix the contents of the dressing bowl well.
  7. Put the finished salad with chicken, cheese and squid on a dish using a ring. Decorate with a sprig of parsley and sweet pepper flakes (optional)
