  • 300 g suar
  • 300 grams flour
  • 125 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 ripe banana (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine and sugar together, gradually adding the eggs. Mash the bananas (beforehand press them into a pulp in a small bowl with a fork). Pour in the hazelnuts, add the flour and baking powder, spoon by spoon.
  2. Pour into a round baking sheet (26 or 28 cm). Bake at 170 ° C for approx. 50 - 60 minutes.
