  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients well. Spread it finger-thick on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 220 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Immediately turn out onto a tea towel sprinkled with sugar and roll up.
  4. Suitable for all roulades. From strawberries to mocha or butter cream.
