Surprise Almond Cookies

Delicious cookies for coffee or tea.
Ingredients
- Sugar – 250 g
- Almonds (ground) – 300 g
- Egg white (raw) – 3 pcs
- Starch – 100 g
- Hazelnuts (whole, for filling)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Egg yolk (optional) – 2 pcs
Directions
- We mix all the ingredients, I added 2 more yolks, but they are NOT NECESSARY, I just wanted to make the mass yellow. We make a cake and put in the hazelnuts, then roll up a small ball.
- I rolled it in ground almonds, but you can just bake a ball in the oven.
- After baking (at 180 gr. 15-20 minutes), such cakes turned out.
- Shaped by cutting flowers …
- Sprinkle with icing sugar.
