Zucchini Linguini

Linguini is a type of Italian pasta that is slightly longer than spaghetti. Zucchini linguini can be prepared according to the principles of Italian pasta. Let’s get started? I share the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 2 Pieces
  • Tomatoes – 4 Pieces
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 Pinch (or to taste)
  • Dry or fresh basil – 15 Grams
  • Hard cheese – 30 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes, prepare boiling water.
  3. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 15-20 seconds and then place them under cold water. After this procedure, the tomatoes will be easily peeled off.
  4. Grate the peeled tomatoes.
  5. Pour olive oil into the pan, heat, put the grated tomatoes, simmer.
  6. While the tomatoes are stewing, cut the zucchini into very thin strips, and if there is such a device as in the photo, cut the zucchini with it into thin long strips.
  7. When the moisture from the sauce has partially evaporated, add garlic, basil, salt.
  8. Put the zucchini, cut into strips, in the sauce, simmer until tender. At the end of cooking, season with salt again to taste.
  9. Sprinkle ready-made zucchini linguines with fresh herbs and grated cheese.
  10. Zucchini linguini can be used as an independent dish, or as a side dish for meat and fish. This is delicious!
