Ingredients

  • 100 g cream cheese, low in fat
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 100 g shrimp, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), organic, juice and zest
  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 1 ½ teaspoon trout caviar

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and yoghurt until creamy. Put three of the shrimp aside for the garnish, cut the rest into small pieces, mix into the cream, season with salt, pepper, a little lemon juice and lemon zest.
  2. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and lift the pulp out of the skin. Put three narrow columns aside for the garnish, drizzle with a little lemon juice.
  3. Roughly chop the rest of the pulp, add lemon juice, mash with a fork to a smooth mass, season with salt and pepper.
  4. First fill the shrimp cream, then the avocado cream, into small jars. Garnish with shrimp, avocado wedges and half a teaspoon of trout caviar each.
