Basic Canapes for a Buffet

The basic canapé for a buffet with two types of cheese is an excellent base, easily adaptable to any ingredient. Try experimenting with the canapes and get creative.

Ingredients

  • Black bread – 110 g
  • Curd cheese – 75 g
  • Semi-hard cheese – 60 g
  • Olives – 30 g
  • Greens (dill, parsley, mini spinach)
  • Red fish (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut the black bread into cubes or using the form, you can make circles.
    We also cut the hard cheese into cubes, the same size as the bread.
  2. Beat soft cheese with a fork or mixer with finely chopped dill.
    As additional products for canapes, you can use olives, red fish, mini spinach, parsley, dill, etc.
  3. We collect canapes: cheese, bread, soft cheese, alternate.
    For additives, ingredients should be up to 2/3 of a skewer. The top is decorated with greens and olives.
  4. Gently arrange ready-made canapes or lay them out on a plate.
