Ingredients
- 200 g flour, (wheat flour)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 ½ point baking powder
- 50 ml oil, (rapeseed oil)
- 75 ml water
- 1 small bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- 4 slices ham
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- pepper
- oregano

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Knead the flour, salt, baking powder, oil and water into a dough. Wash and clean vegetables. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the zucchini into thin slices.
- Then dice the tomatoes, the mozzarella ball and the ham.
- Roll out the dough and divide into 8 squares and place on a baking sheet. Brush with a mix of tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oregano. Spread the vegetables, ham and cheese on top and bake for about 20 minutes.
