- 0.5 ½ lettuce (s),
- 6 blood sorrel leaves
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, possibly a little more
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, rosé, e.g., from Rewe Feine Welt

- Wash the lettuce and tear it into pieces. Remove the leaf veins if necessary. Cut the blood vessel into large pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
- The Balsamico rosé from Rewe Feine Welt tastes sweet, which goes well with the light acidity of the dock. You can of course also use another sweet vinegar.
- My chicken legs from the oven go great with it as a low carb meal.
