Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 220 g powdered suar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 80 ml brandy
  • 40 ml sherry
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix the powdered sugar with the milk, the cinnamon and the crushed marzipan in a saucepan. Then whisk the egg yolks in a cup and add to the milk with the brandy.
  2. Let it steep for 3 minutes over a low heat. Finally, all you have to do is stir in the sherry.
  3. Fill into four punch glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of ginger powder.
