Mushroom Pate

An original and simple recipe for mushroom caviar for breakfast. This champignon pate surprises and amazes with its rich mushroom taste. Well, let’s get down to cooking mushroom pate. Everything is pleasant and explained by me step by step.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Champignons – 500 g
  • Onions – 300 g
  • Dry garlic – 2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 50 g

Directions

  1. Prepare products for mushroom caviar: champignons, onions, spices and vegetable oil.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into layers of 5 mm.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  4. Fry the onion in a deep saucepan (or in a WOK) until transparent – about 5 minutes is enough.
  5. Add mushrooms to the onion, sprinkle with salt, pepper and dry garlic, cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Send ready-made mushrooms to a blender bowl and grind to your favorite consistency.
  7. The mushroom caviar is ready.
  8. Serve mushroom pate with a piece of bread and … sausage – it tastes better.
