Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork, shredded
  • Maggi seasoning mix No. 1 (approx. 3/4 it)
  • 1 ½ pack cheese (Chester)
  • 3 leeks
  • 4 small Can (s) mushrooms
  • 250 g Kat ham, smoked and diced
  • 6 onion (s)
  • 3 packs sauce (hunter`s sauce)
  • 4 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into fine strips (if not already cut) and mix well with the Maggi seasoning mix No. 1 in the roaster.
  2. Divide the cheese into small pieces, cut the leek into rings and add to the meat with the drained mushrooms.
  3. Then sauté the ham and the diced onions and add them to the meat.
  4. Mix the hunter`s sauce with the cream and pour over the remaining ingredients. Now mix all the ingredients again vigorously, put the lid on and let it stand in a cool place (e.g. in the cellar) for 24 hours.
  5. The next day, bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 2 hours - done!
  6. I like to make this dish for my birthday or when I`m expecting a lot of visitors. A fresh layered salad, which you can often make the day before, and a delicious mashed potato go well with this.
