Stuffed Buns

An interesting recipe for an appetizer of buns stuffed with sausage, pickles, and cheese. The filling is laid out in buns in layers, with mayonnaise and ketchup. Stuffed burgers baked in the oven are delicious.

Ingredients

  • Unsweetened buns (round) – 2 pcs.
  • Smoked sausage – 50 g
  • Pickled cucumber (small) – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Mayonnaise – 5 tbsp
  • Ketchup – 2 teaspoon
  • Butter – 30 g

Directions

  1. Cut off the tops of the buns and set them aside for now. We take out the pulp from the buns.
  2. Peel the smoked sausage and cut it into thin semicircles. We also cut the pickled cucumber into thin slices. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
  3. Lubricate the bottom of the buns with softened butter.
  4. Put 3-4 slices of smoked sausage in buns.
  5. Lubricate the sausage layer with mayonnaise.
  6. Put the cucumbers on the sausage.
  7. Spread the slices of cheese over the cucumbers.
  8. Lubricate the cheese with ketchup.
  9. We repeat the layers: sausage, mayonnaise, pickled cucumber, cheese. Grease the cheese layer with mayonnaise.
  10. Cover the burgers with the cut tops. Put the stuffed buns in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
  11. Bake buns with sausage, pickled cucumber, and cheese for 6-8 minutes.
