Canapes with Mussels and Avocado

Canapes with mussels, avocado, and cucumber are a light and delicious appetizer for a buffet table. This appetizer will appeal to everyone who loves mussels.

Ingredients

  • Mussels – 12 pcs.
  • Capelin caviar – 2-3 tablespoon
  • Cucumber – 1/2 pc.
  • Avocado – 1/2 pc.
  • Mini baguette – 6 slices

Directions

  1. Cut the avocado into two parts, peel the coarse, slightly edible peel. Then chop in any way, but not very finely. If you have enough time, you can try to cut the avocado into even cubes.
  2. Cut the cucumber into cubes. You can peel the vegetable as you like. When all the ingredients are ready, start preparing the canapes. This time I decided to experiment with the ingredients for the canapes. The result was pleasantly pleased, very tasty, so I decided to share this idea.
  3. Cut the baguette into slices, and then cut each slice into 2 more pieces. Spread each bite with capelin caviar, butter, or cream cheese. If you plan to serve canapes to the festive table, not right away, then you need to lay a leaf of lettuce or a sprig of parsley, and then spread the slices so that the base of the bread remains crispy longer.
  4. Now we string a cucumber, mussel, and avocado on a skewer. For stability, fix the canapes on a bread slice. Done! Bon Appetit! An appetizer with mussels and avocado looks great on a festive table.
