Filled Donuts

We suggest making donuts crunchy on the outside, soft, lush inside for breakfast. And to make them even cooler, we will make them with berry filling. In season, use fresh berries, in the cold season, frozen ones will do.

Ingredients

  • Egg 2 pcs.
  • Kefir 500 ml
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Berries 100 g
  • Salt 1 chips.
  • Vanilla sugar 10 g
  • Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour 500-600 g

Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, shake the eggs with salt, sugar, plain and vanilla sugar. Pour in kefir, sunflower oil, and stir. Sift flour with baking powder, knead an elastic, non-sticky dough.
  2. Roll the dough into a sausage, cut it into pieces. Flatten each piece with your palm, place the desired number of berries in the center, collect the edges and roll the blank into a ball.
  3. Heat the required amount of vegetable oil in a small saucepan. Dip a portion of the balls in boiling oil, cook until browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
