  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • some cream cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. First you chop the onion into small pieces. These are fried in a pan with a little olive oil. Next, cut the potato into cubes, but they shouldn`t be too big. The potato cubes are now added to the onions in the pan and fry them until they are cooked through, the potatoes do not have to be very crispy. The apple is also cut into cubes, which can also be a little larger. When the potatoes are done, add the apple and fry until it has a slightly softer consistency. Now add the cream cheese until it becomes creamy. Finally, taste the mixture with salt, pepper and sugar.
