- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 medium onion (s)
- some vegetable oil
- 1 handful rocket
- 2 medium tomato (s)
- 100 g cheese, (mountain cheese)
- salt and pepper
- 1 white bread roll (s), sliced

- Clean the mushrooms, peel the onion, wash the rocket and tomatoes. Cut everything into very small cubes or the rocket into fine strips. Grate the mountain cheese.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the onion and mushrooms in it. Add tomatoes and rocket and let stew a little too. Finally add the mountain cheese.
- Spread the finished mixture on slices of white bread and bake in the oven at 170 ° C for about 12-15 minutes.
- The mass can be prepared well in advance and only brush the bread slices and freshly baked shortly before the guests arrive.
