Ingredients

  • 2 puff pastry pie (s), bought ready
  • 200 g berries, frozen, mixed (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon, leveled coconut flakes
  • 150 ml sweet cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 lime (s) or lemon, zest it and tablespoon juice
  • 2 tablespoon coconut liqueur or other, I had quince liqueur
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the lids from the patties and sprinkle the patties with powdered sugar. Then bake in the oven according to the package instructions (approx. 15 - 20 min. At 180 ° C).
  2. Thaw the frozen berries, but not whole, or they will be too soft and mushy.
  3. Beat the chilled whipped cream with the cream stabilizer, a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar until stiff. Gradually fold in the berries, lime juice and zest, honey, desiccated coconut and liqueur.
  4. Fill the pies with it. Then put the caramelized lid on top, add a little cream as a decoration and serve immediately.
  5. Of course, you can also prepare it with fresh fruit.
