Sweet Donuts

While kneading the traditional dough, you need to add a little cinnamon, which will give it a special taste. Even in the baking process, the whole family will come running for the aroma. It’s so simple that you don’t want to go back to other baked goods.

Ingredients

  • Egg 1 pc.
  • Milk 1 stack.
  • Wheat flour 2.5 stacks.
  • Butter 50 g
  • Sugar 0.5 stack.
  • Vanilla sugar 10 g
  • Baking powder 20 g
  • Cinnamon 2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 chips.
  • Sunflower oil 1 l
  • Powdered sugar 0.5 stack.

Directions

  1. To make sweet donuts with milk, combine flour and sugar. Add vanilla sugar, cinnamon (1 teaspoon), salt, and baking powder.
  2. Form a slide from the dry mass. Make a groove. Beat in an egg and pour in the milk and pre-melted butter. Knead the dough. Place in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Roll out the cold dough into a thick layer. Using a large glass, cut out circles from the dough, and cut out smaller circles in them with a glass.
  4. Bring vegetable oil to a boil. Reduce heat and dip donuts in boiling oil. They should turn golden.
  5. Transfer them to a napkin.
  6. Mix 1 teaspoon. cinnamon powder and sprinkle with donuts.
  7. If you do not like the traditional icing sugar and cinnamon, you can choose any other topping: chocolate icing, caramel, jam, protein cream. It will be delicious anyway! But even if you don’t have time, cinnamon donuts are good without any sprinkles.
